Build the follow-up system your food truck has been missing.

— Free snapshot for food truck owners

Stop losing

catering jobs to whoever

answered first.

A catering request comes in while you're on the line. You mean to answer it after the rush. By the time you do, they've booked someone else. This free system catches the inquiry, follows up for you, confirms the booking and asks for the review — without you touching your phone.

Operator-built system

Built for

food trucks

Catering, community events, and the follow-up that usually gets forgotten.

Ten years on the line

Food Truck Around OS

Sound familiar?

A catering lead sat in your DMs for six hours because you were slammed.

You're chasing a deposit for the third time instead of prepping.

The event went great and nobody ever asked them for a review.

Customers from last season are gone and you have no way to reach them.

Food truck owners already carry the hardest parts of the business: service, prep, staffing, locations, weather and customers. What usually breaks is the follow-up behind the scenes. This snapshot gives that work a repeatable home inside GoHighLevelpre-built, so you are never staring at an empty dashboard.

— What's included

What the free snapshot includes

Catering inquiry capture that moves requests out of scattered messages and into one consistent process.

Ready-to-customize follow-up workflows for new inquiries, active opportunities and past customers.

Booking confirmation and reminder sequences, plus contract and invoice communication.

Pipeline stages, tags and status organization so every lead has a clear next step.

Post-event review, referral and customer-reactivation communication..

Templates for practical location, weather and cancellation messaging.

A snapshot walkthrough plus DIY installation and customization guidance.

Every workflow is customized, tested and approved for your business before it is activated. Nothing sends on its own until you turn it on.

Clear offer scope

The separate Food Truck Around scheduling portal, Tampa Bay booking network and local partner access are not included with the Snapshot. Your GoHighLevel subscription and usage charges are paid directly to GoHighLevel and are separate from this offer.

JUMP TO

— How you get it free

The snapshot is free. Here's the catch — there isn't one.

The Snapshot installs into your own GoHighLevel account. To get it free, you start that account through our signup link. GoHighLevel pays us a commission when you do, and that commission is exactly why we can hand over the whole system instead of charging five hundred dollars for it. You pay GoHighLevel the same price either way.

Already have a GoHighLevel account? Tell us on the form below and we'll send install instructions for it.

How you get it free

How a typical setup looks

Step 1 - import

The Snapshot is added to your GoHighLevel account and the included assets are reviewed.

Step 2 - brand

Your business name, contact details, links and basic settings replace the placeholders.

Step 3 - connect

Forms, pipelines, tags and communication workflows are connected to the correct next actions.

Step 4 - test

Test inquiries and follow-ups are run from beginning to end before any workflow goes live.

Step 5 - launch

The approved system is activated, monitored and adjusted based on how your operation works.

The difference it makes

What changes when the system is in place

No subscriber counts, no revenue promises. The practical value is simpler: fewer loose ends, and a clear next action for every lead and customer.

One operational view

See inquiries and progress in a defined pipeline instead of searching through messages.

Consistent follow-up

Approved sequences handle the reminding, so communication doesn't depend on memory.

Better post-event habits

Reviews, referrals and reactivation are built into the customer relationship.

More owner freedom

Repeat manual tasks become systems your team can understand and follow.

why this one

Built on a truck, not in a software office.

Most automation systems are built by agencies that have never worked a service window. This one comes from ten years of running food trucks — and the person who built it still runs one.

Operator-built

Ten years on the line

Every workflow exists because a real truck needed it, not because it filled out a feature list.

Real bookings

Community and corporate

Shaped by actual HOA, community-event and corporate catering work — including the parts that go wrong.

Follow-up first

Where the money leaks

Catering capture and consistent follow-up are the core of this system, not an add-on.

After the event

Reviews and reactivation

Review requests, referrals and win-back messaging are built in, so past customers stay customers.

Real-world messaging

Weather and location

Templates for the messages trucks actually send: location changes, weather calls, cancellations.

Tampa Bay roots

A network of 50+ trucks

Food Truck Around works with more than 50 Tampa Bay food truck partners. That experience shaped the system; network access itself is a separate service.

Optional next step

The course is how you run the business around the system.

The Snapshot does the work. It can't tell you what to charge, which shifts lose money, which neighborhoods to message, or when you're actually ready for a second truck.

Every module fixes something that probably happened to you this week.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know exactly what you're getting.

Is the Snapshot really free?

Yes. The Snapshot itself costs nothing. You need your own GoHighLevel account to install it into, and that subscription is paid to GoHighLevel — not to us. We earn an affiliate commission when you start an account through our link, and that is exactly why the system is free instead of sold.

Why do I have to use your link?

Because the commission from that link is what pays for the system you're getting for free. GoHighLevel charges you the same price whether you use our link or not. If you sign up somewhere else and then ask for the Snapshot, we won't be able to provide it free.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account?

Yes — the Snapshot is a GoHighLevel system, so it installs into a GoHighLevel account. If you don't have one, we'll send the signup link with your install instructions. If you already have one, tell us on the form and we'll send install steps for your existing account.

What does the Snapshot help with?

Catering inquiry capture, follow-up on new and stalled leads, booking confirmations and reminders, contract and invoice communication, post-event review requests, referrals, reactivating quiet customers, and practical location, weather and cancellation messaging — organized in one pipeline so nothing depends on memory.

Does it include Food Truck Around bookings or the scheduling portal?

No. The Food Truck Around scheduling portal, the Tampa Bay booking network and local partner access are separate services. The Snapshot is the automation system for your own business. We keep these separate on purpose so nobody is surprised later.

When do the automated text messages start working?

Straight talk: US carriers require every business to register before sending automated texts. Registration takes about fifteen minutes and approval usually lands within one to fourteen days. Your email automations work immediately; texting switches on once carriers approve you. This applies to every business that texts, not just this system.

I'm not technical. Can I really do this?

The hard part — building the system — is already done. Setup means filling in your business details and turning workflows on, following a walkthrough. You never touch code. And if you'd rather not touch it at all, that's what the Lite and Complete options are for.

What's in the $47 course?

Seven short modules covering install, owner dependency, area-based messaging, the booking engine, earning more per shift, retention, and building the procedures that let someone else run a shift. Lifetime access. Optional — the Snapshot works without it.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Support and setup happen by email at [email protected], usually within a day. No calls, no calendars, no discovery sessions — at any tier.
